A second-generation Filipino-American and Seattle native, I’m deeply connected to my community and passionate about building meaningful relationships. As the oldest daughter with a younger brother, I grew up understanding the value of responsibility, perseverance, and creating opportunities for those around me. Raised in Seattle’s Filipino community and as a former FAHNS Filipino Youth Activities (FYA) Drill Team member, I learned firsthand the power of collaboration, cultural pride, and community—a foundation that continues to shape my work today.
As a proud Beacon Hill resident and Realtor® with the Agent Investor Group at eXp Realty, I help buyers, homeowners, and landlords navigate on and off-market opportunities to build wealth through real estate.
As a Certified Buyer’s Agent, I’m dedicated to educating and empowering my community, I teach monthly homebuyer classes to help first-time buyers confidently achieve homeownership.
My team offers 12 innovative seller programs, has closed $460M+ in sales, helped 650+ families, and provided six coaching programs for agents across Washington State.
Beyond real estate, I use my social media platform to showcase Seattle’s vibrant community, businesses, and culture. I openly discuss living with lupus, fitness, and personal growth, sharing my lifestyle, wellness journey, and insights to educate, empower, and inspire others.
